ZCA is proud to be a part of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University's Proposed Administration / Worldwide Headquarters.
ZCA is providing Civil Engineering design, Environmental Services, Transportation Services, permitting, and Construction Administration services for this 5 story, 110,000 square foot signature building which will house all Daytona Beach Campus Senior Administration, as well as the Worldwide Campus Headquarters.

The City of Fernandina Beach has selected ZCA to provide continuing Engineering Services foir their Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) which consists of a 50 block Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) area.
The first project consists of ZCA providing a preliminary design for the proposed streetscape improvements.
ZCA is now developing a Master Pan for the City's Waterfront area that will articulate the relationship between public park areas, Front Street, and the surrounding business communities.

ZCA was selected by the City of Port Orange to design Yorktowne Boulevard. The design of this section of Yorktowne Boulevard will connect ZCA's previous design of the northern section to the existing southern section.

Amelia Island Office Relocates
ZCA’s Amelia Island office has moved to a new facility.
The new address is 1699 South 14th Street, Suite 12, Fernandina Beach, FL
32174. The phone number will remain the same - 904-491-5436.
New Services
Additional services have been added to ZCA’s multi-disciplinary
firm in order to better service our clients. Our new services include:
• Transportation Services: ZCA now provides the full range of Transportation Planning and Traffic Engineering services.
• Arbor Services: ZCA can provide tree health assessments for specimen and historic trees, statistical tree surveys to reduce time and costs, and specimen and historic tree census data.
• Land Management / Prescribed Burning: Now, in addition to ZCA preparing Land Management Plans, we can provide the actual Land Management practices, including prescribed burns.
