Daytona Beach, Florida

For the 5 acre site, ZCA was contracted to provide civil engineering, landscape architecture and environmental services for the 20,000 sq ft sales and service facility.

Daytona Beach, Florida

ZCA along with International Speedway Corporation were responsible for developing the $250 million mixed-use development located across from the famed Daytona International Speedway.  The headquarters tower was approximately 200,000 sq. ft. and designed to achieve Gold LEED certification by the United States Green Building Council.  

New Smyrna Beach, Florida

Zev Cohen and Associates was responsible for the design and permitting of the project through the City of New Smyrna Beach, the St. Johns Water Management District, the Army Corps of Engineers, the Florida Department of Transportation, the Department of Environmental Protection and Volusia County. The overall site development consisted of 19+ acres, which included the Home Depot parent parcel and two outparcels. The entire complex was master designed to accommodate parking, stormwater and utility needs.  

Palm Coast, Florida

ZCA designed/permitted the civil infrastructure and landscape for the Palm Coast IHOP site.  The site dropped 10 feet within a 1.21 acre parcel creating a unique feel across the site.  

Daytona Beach Shores, Florida

Zev Cohen and Associates provided Traffic Engineering, Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture services for this project. The project was permitted with the Florida Department of Transportation, the St. Johns Water Management District and the City of Daytona Beach Shores. ZCA designed an underground exfiltration system to maximize the development potential of the project. Plans were also submitted to and approved by the City of Port Orange for the water supply system.

Deltona, Florida

ZCA has performed services for nearly 150 different Publix locations throughout Florida as well as Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee.    

Daytona Beach, Florida

One Daytona is designed as a mixed-use development across from Daytona International Speedway including 200,000 square feet of retail/dining/entertainment space, 2,500-seat multi-screen movie theater, residential component and 160-room hotel. The redevelopment project included Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Comprehensive Signage Plan and Rezoning.
